Who we are
24-7soc.com is a website run by CyPro Ltd, a UK-registered cyber security consultancy, and CyPro Ltd acts as data controller for any personal data this site collects.
What we collect and why
Sending an enquiry or booking a discovery call shares with us whatever you type in: name, work email, company, phone number and your message. That information exists for exactly two purposes: answering you, and scoping or delivering services if you go on to ask for them. It does not feed marketing lists unless you explicitly opt in, and selling personal data is something we simply do not do.
Cookies
By default this site sets no cookies at all. Analytics cookies, where offered, load only after you press Accept on the banner, and their sole job is showing us how the site gets used so we can make it better.
Spam protection
The enquiry form is defended against bots by Cloudflare Turnstile, which performs a background check at the point you submit. Distinguishing a person from an automated script means Turnstile may examine technical signals like your IP address and browser characteristics; Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum governs that processing.
How long we keep enquiry data
We hold enquiry details only while your enquiry, and any engagement that grows out of it, still needs them. Once that purpose ends, the data is deleted under CyPro Ltd's retention policies.
Your rights
UK GDPR gives you the right to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to or restrict how it is processed. Any of those requests can be raised through the contact page and will be handled promptly.
